Meu photoshop não abre os meus arquivos

Olá,

Meu nome é Ygor e sou um usuário do photoshop pago!!
Hoje tentei abrir vários arquivos de trabalho e ele fica carregando a barra de (LENDO FORMATO PHOTOSHOP) e não abre o meu arquivo

Hi @YBIM30018802i3xc where are you opening the files from? Have you tried opening on local HD?

If still not working go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
