Missing tool icons in toolbar

Hi, just wanted to report a missing tool icons bug, see attached screenshot: 

I know this issue has been raised by others, and I just wanted to add my voice too. I'm running Photoshop version 24.7, which has been working fine up until a couple of days ago. I'm working on a PC, Windows 11. I've tried the various fixes posted on here, but none of them seem to work. I've also tried rolling back to an earlier version of Photoshop, but those just crash the program as soon as I open it up. I'm hoping this bug gets fixed soon and an updated version gets rolled out.
