Neural Filters freeze screen in v. 23.0.2

When working with neural filters and applications, the program screen freezes. No further work is possible. Only restarting the program helps. Video attached.

System: Windows 10 21H2
Photoshop 23.0.2 latest update
RAM 16 GB
NVidia RTX 3060 12 GB Studio Driver

    Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
