Hi,

The underlined letters for shortcuts are Windows OS only — macOS has never had them.

In the current version of Photoshop, the guides commands have been moved under a "Guides" subdivision.

Alt+V still works for "View"

E still works for "New GuidE"

Unfortunately, the new "Guides" submenu was not assigned a letter shortcut.

Until or if Adobe assigns a shortcut to "Guides", you can assign your own keyboard shortcut in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/customizing-keyboard-shortcuts.html

If they do assign a new single letter shortcut for "Guides", you will then see the underlined letter and will need to include it when using the sequence.

If I remember correctly from decades ago, an ampersand in front of the letter makes it a shortcut in VB, but I might be misremembering.

I've clicked the Upvote button.
