P: Artboards higher than10.000 pixels don't display in full screen through Device Preview

Getting a white border which gets larger the larger the artboard becomes.
10.000 pixels seem to be the border where this problem starts happening.

My prototyping device is an iPod Touch with Retina display which resembles an iPhone5. The Artboard is also 640px wide.

Actually, I just realised that it didn't have a filled shape for the artboard background, and when I extended this down to 10,000px to fill the artboard it sorted itself out ok. Is this supposed to be the default behaviour?

I'm having the issue with an artboard (640px wide) that is over 10,000px high. It looks fine in the psd, but in device preview the layout appears to be scaled down and a white border appears on the right. The more it goes over 10,000px the wider the white border. Even thought it is definitely viewed at 100% scale in Device Preview.

I am having a similar issue, except it looks fine in Device Preview but when I use Generate Assets it crops it weird, sometimes adding white space to left or right or simply cutting the image shot and adding whitespace that shouldn't be there. It only seems to happen when dartboard is over 10,000px

This should be solved by the CC 2015.1 update that was released today: https://blogs.adobe.com/photoshop/201...

This is a known issue:

Why do I see extra white areas on the left and/or right side of my design in the iOS app?

We are working on a fix and hope to have it ready in the near future.

Here is a shot to illustrate the problem. Artboard is 12000px by 640px.
