P: Can't drag to move layer styles

We used to be able to drag and move layer styles like drop shadows and gradients to reposition them when the layer styles window was open. This doesn't work anymore in Photoshop 2020. IS this intentional, reversible, or a bug. Thanks.

I've been having the same issue. I can copy and past the layer style, but I cannot drag and drop it. I'm using PS 2023 version 24.6.0 on a Mac.
