P: Cannot Open PSDC project PS CC 2022 23.3.1

I've bee working on this project all week and had no issues. But when I recently tried to open it, it just flat out would not open. No error messages, or anything. Photoshop is fully updated (23.3.1) and I even updated my OS to Monterey to see  if that solved the issue, but it persists. My older PSDC files are opening just fine.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? Any insight would be much appreciated. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't have to start over from scratch on this.

Can you access the file from https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents ?

 

Can you access prior versions if you go to Window > Version History ?

He Jeffery. Thanks for hte quick reply! Version history comes up empty and I get an error when trying to access it from the URL shared.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

1) Please confirm the name of cloud document on which you are getting error while opening.

2) Please generate logs from Adobe log collector tool & upload - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html 

3) Please click on Help menu-->SystemInfo, copy the text in any text editor and upload it.
