P: Creative Cloud Apps Popup when opening latest Photoshop

I installed PS 24.7.1 and PS 25 yesterday. Now when I open either version of PS a creative cloud all apps advertisement opens. Even when sending a photo from LR. The popup prevents you from doing anything until you close, to include a photo send from LR.

I've checked the box in lower left corner for "don't show again." Doesn't work.

Have ensured I'm logged in to CC, logged out and back in, restarted computer, reinstalled the older versions, nothing works. I've been a subscriber for 8 years and my plan is current.

How do I get rid of this annoying popup?

Running on Mac Studio M1 Ultra with latest version of Ventura.

This just started happening an hour ago. I'll fire up Photoshop, the splash panel will do its thing and then, instead of the program opening, a window will open and attempt to load a Plans and Pricing page but then just go blank. If I close the window, Photoshop will then open.

I've tried rebooting the computer and restarting the Credential Service on the off-chance, but the behavior persists. Any ideas?

Had to downgrade to 2023 version. That works. So, it's something about this new version that fails at loading.

Talk to Adobe Support, try not to laugh, just downgrade to 24.7.1 and if you need generative AI install the beta version...

In recent days I have started to have an annoying pop up that doesn't stay up saying that it is "Loading plans and pricing". My payment to the Creative Cloud plan is up to date. I am running Photoshop CC 2019. As far as I am aware nothing has changed in recent days as my computer is not compatible to up dates of the Photoshop that I am running. I am running macOS Catalina V 10.15.7

@PBArtattack do you have the Photography Plan? If that's the case Adobe has messed up something.

I've talked with support, until they've decided to end the conversation in the most unprofessional way. I have 2 accounts a full Adobe Creative account with all the apps (it works without problems) and a Photography Plan 20Gb (this one is the one in what Photoshop doesn't start). Same computers, same operating system, same everything.
So, clearly, is a problem related with Adobe and not the computers. Only hope we have is to make enough "noise" until they decide to check the accounts.

So yes, the "problem" is account related. I've used my work account to talk to support again (money talks), after connecting to my computer and checked the message is an ad that Adobe has put to try to "lure" clients to buy more expensive plans. Mac OS blocks this ad and here we've the error.
Meanwhile they're trying to take this ad out, the solution is to login into another computer (Windows or an older version of Mac OS), login into Photoshop. The ad (hopefully) will show properly (pay, ignored, whatever) and Creative Cloud will register that they showed the ad to you. And it will be gone on the computer that was failing too.

I find that there's more to the problem than just the mystery screen. In addition to CC 2019, I also have CC 2017 installed which I don't use all that much. I opened CC 2017 to see if the screen would show up and discovered that the subscription for 2017 has been demoted to a 7-day trial.

So I have to agree with Francesc Genové that it's an account problem. I am so not looking forward to dealing with Support...

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

I did the Settings switchout as you suggested for both versions of CC. Nothing changed — 2017 is still a trial, 2019 gets the pricing popup.

Actually, to address my own question, I'd rather not open CC 2017 because that would start the trial — unless there's a way to get System Info for the application without actually opening it.

Windows 10 does not hit eol until 2025 and the graphics card is up to date for this particular desktop — Dell XPS 8700, NVIDIA GeForce GT 635 474.44. Admittedly those aren't the greatest specs in the world but they were completely sufficient as of two days ago.

@PBArtattack your GPU does not meet minimum Photoshop requirements - your GeForce GT 635 only supports DirectX12 feature level 11.

I'm aware of that but it never affected my ability to do anything with PS — and don't forget, we're talking about CC2017 and CC2019. The DirectX12 level 11 thing didn't come into play until later, I believe.
