P: Issue with export as scales options

When creating scales in the 'export as' dialog, the layering appears to be broken meaning some options are hidden beneath other scales that have been created.

We did some digging and found the root of the issue.  Previously, it was tangled with a similar one.  We have it separated now and will prioritize according.  Thanks for the helpful report.
