P: Photoshop Crashes when using move tool

I have the most updated version of Photoshop (24.4.1) and have made sure my Mac is updated in terms of software (MacOSVentura 13.3.1 (a)) but whenever I try to select work on an entire artboard, my Photoshop crashes. I have tried to do all the fixes, but nothing has worked for me. I can edit certain things, but I am trying to resize the canvas, so I need to grab everything currently on the art board and make it fit.

@Kevin Stohlmeyer Did that and restarted my computer. Looks like I can get it to edit texts now! Ill do that on my other user profile too and see if that solves the problem!

    ok narrowing it down to the text issue is helpful. Lets start with clearing the font caches.

    • Quit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app

    • Delete the CT Font Cache  and FontFeatureCache folder and empty the Trash

    @Kevin Stohlmeyer The full disk access is active for PS. It seems to only happen when I try to edit the text. I can move around logos and swap out pictures fine.

    @Amanda2970293581i0 after you check your system settings - do you only get the error when editing text or does the program error happen when doing anything?

    HI Amanda, try going to Apple System Preferences(Settings)/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access and making sure PS is listed and active

    Hi @Amanda2970293581i0 when you start getting these issues after a while - can you check your Preferences/Scratch Disk and report how much free HD space you have at the time? Wondering if you are running out of resources if working on multiple/larger files.

    @TheDigitalDog It was working fine but now it gives me a program error when I edit text on another document.

    Another User (account)? 

    If so, whatever the differences are between the old User and the new one points to the conflict.
