P: PNG Image Sequence Export Not Working

Just installed CC 2018 on 2 fresh new computers, and everything works fine except for png image sequence export. When we try it just says "Could not complete the Render Video command because of a program error". Any idea why?

    Also had this problem. 

    Ended up testing out the other imports and BMP and JPG still works. I didn't need transparency (this time) so I ended up exporting it out as JPGs and then converted them to PNGs.

    And also, if you export your frames as Photoshop Files, it flattens them and fills in the background. Really top notch stuff...

    Hi

    I get the same trying to render to a PNG sequence


    From a frame timeline using File > Export > Render video to png sequence I get the "Program Error"

    From a video timeline using Render video in the timeline menu the PNG option in Image sequence is greyed out

     

    (CC2018 on Windows 10 v1709)

    Just installed 2018 friday 11/3/17 and could not export PNG sequences from Export/Render Video option.  Uninstalling 2018.... sigh.  Back to cc 2017 for now.

    Same here. With the CC 2017 version I didn't have any problem but since I updated to the CC 2018 that same message appears, about a program error, after I click the Render button when I want a sequence of PNG images.

    I have a similar problem with cc2018. Whenever I try to export a png sequence, the png option isn't available. You can still see the option 'png', but it's grayed out.

    **UPDATE** This problem seems to be specific to CC 2018, we downgraded to 2017 for now
