P: Preview toggle switch (keyboard: p) in CURVES panel not working

Photoshop: after update to ver.21.1.0 the preview toggle switch ('p' on keyboard) doesn't work in CURVES panel. In HUE/SAT and other panels it usually does work. Reinstalled PS (without keeping prefs) but problem persists. Clicking the preview checkbox works OK, but using that 'p' on the keyboard is crucial for me: I use it hundred times a day...

    Hi Willy,

    We'll need more details about what "using the pen tool on large photos becomes very sloppy" means. Please create a separate post and provide exact steps to repro and/or a screen recording of what you are seeing.

    This issue is fixed Photoshop 22.

    Great! PS ver.22 does indeed give us back the preview toggle. BUT now marking out selections and using the pen tool on large photos becomes very sloppy. I can't work efficiently like this so had to return to ver. 21.2.4

    ctrl-P works for me too (mac OS 10.14.6, PS 21.2.0) but is this new behavior a feature or a bug? I find it quite annoying as I don't understand why I have to "remember" a different shortcut just for curves. And most importantly it's just not as fast. Hopefully this will get fixed ...

    I work with Photoshop 21.1.0 on macOS 10.15.3 and ctrl-P does switch the Preview for me in the Curves-dialog.

    I'm running MacOS Catalina 10.15.3, I did try several modifier key combinations, none worked. Anyhow the curves panel has to work as it did before. Just like it did for the past 25 years!
