P: Re-Allow a smaller minimal vertical size for panels

On windows  I can move floating document windows onto any display I want and I can move the tool bar palette and tool option bar where ever I want to?  I have three displays at times I connect my iPad pro 9.7" as a third display. Look at  windows screen capture it captures all three displays. You can create many customized workspaces in Photoshop.  Photoshop UI is quite customizable.

Si ce n'est pas un bug, alors c'est choix malheureux sur l'ergonomie.

Je regrette d'ailleurs que la zone des outils/palettes et la zone document ne soient toujours pas séparables mais obligatoirement superposées.
J'utilise depuis longtemps Maxon Cinema4D et l'interface est un modèle de personnalisation 🙂

These Palettes have been change over the years additional content added like search fields and recent used setting have been added.   Yes the minimum height has increased but that is because of the design change not because of a bug.  In fact in old Photoshop the color palette height was fixed it could noe be sized.  The Palettes have change and sizes of items ine the palettes heve even been changed by design.   It is not a Bug. 

Have you tried grabbing the corner or side and resizing the panels?
