P: Text date format changing automatically

Hi,

I noticed weird and a very troubling bug: When I use the type tool and type i.e. April 10-12 2022, the date format changes automatically to April 2022 12-10. 

I'm running MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 & Photoshop 23.0.1

Is this happening just in Photoshop or in all programs on your Mac?

Its actually taking place in After Effects for me

Just tried photoshop and it works normally.. AE seems to be the issue for me!
