P: Transparency Shapes Layer style checkbox state not retained between saves for groups/folders

Latest version of Photoshop.
If I turn off the transparency shapes layer in the layer style of the folder, and then restart the PSD file, the transparency shapes layer is checked on.
I have confirmed that the problem occurs with "Color Dodge" and "Linear Dodge" folders.
