P: Unknown error in Ps Web

it keeps giving me an unknown error. if I click ignore it will not let me do anything and if I click reload it will let me do things but I lose half my progress that hasn't been saved yet.

Have you checked if you’re in incognito? Ps Web does not run in incognito.
Have you toggled this Chrome settings switch?
chrome://settings/cookies -
Set "Clear cookies and site-data when you close all windows to the ON position.
Open Ps Web,
Create a new file.
Have you tried in Microsoft Edge?
Have you checked the requirements to make sure you computer is up to date?

I could not change the font. Error message " Could not save as "Untitled -1.psd" because of a program error"

with options to click on OK or Learn how to fix. This came up when trying to add more letters in text. So I then tried to save my work but had no luck. I tried the troubleshooting option in the Learn How to fix.

theirs a popup that says ignore or re load and if you click ignore it ends up freezing after a few minutes

Cannot load PS file in the cloud. Sorry there is unknown error. You can either ignore it or reload it. The file was saved on Photoshop iPad and also saved on Photoshop Mac, I tried to open it on web to do file versioning control. Cannot even load the image it said Maximum file size {MaxFileSize}MB what a sloppy programming!
