P: Unknown error in Ps Web

it keeps giving me an unknown error. if I click ignore it will not let me do anything and if I click reload it will let me do things but I lose half my progress that hasn't been saved yet.

    Hi @default288125548gpx6e sorry to hear this. Could you share the file with us to see if we can see what might be happening? Can you open any files or is this issue for all files?

    I clicked on a link to view "The difference with Photoshop on the web." and recieved an "Unknown" error. It allowed me to continue, report, or reload the page. I chose to report.

    Hi @GrandMasterJ3487389 sorry you had an issue. Testing here worked as expected.  What browser/version are you using?  Have you tried a diffferent browser to see if it works?

    Hi @default28812077behknq not sure what your issue is, could you share some more information or screenshots on what you are seeing and what your workflow is?

    When attempting to access one of PSDC files, it comes up with a random error than prevents the image from loading. My AIC file does not do this.

    What browser and version are you using, have you tried another browser? Are you able to open any files or is the issue only with this one? Does your computer meet the specs for Ps on web?

    When attempting to load an image from my pc, an error message comes up. Clicking ignore sends it away but it happens every time I open a new image

    Hi @default28802037fs6n4l sorry to hear this. Could you share your computer specs and OS as well as the browser and version you are using? Have you tried a different browser, what happens then?  What is the workflow you are using when you get this error?  Would it be possible for you to share a video of your process for the team?
