P: White border appears when scrubby zooming on document

Anyone else seeing these distorted edges on images in newer versions of Photoshop? If I zoom in or out or open in another application they're not actually there. It's just a distortion in Photoshop. I guess it's a bug because I never used to have this problem.

Here's an example. It's zoomed to 100%. I had to blur the main part, but the little white line on the side and the bottom the arrow points to was there before that too. It's not actually part of the image. It goes away at other zoom levels.

Hi @Geoff008 , after some additional investigation we've determined that while this behavior has been part of a low level design in Photoshop for years (having to do with rounding pixel handling on the edges), it's possible recent GPU driver updates may have made the white line more noticeable. We'll track the issue and work with GPU driver friends if the issue becomes more widespread or problematic.

Hi @Geoff008 thanks for your sysinfo. We see a video driver at 21 months old, have you updated your system to have the latest drivers? That would be a good start.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
