@arf3420 As I wrote in my former answer to @odie073 we can't help without any further informations about the error and your system.
What doesn't work? What do you do or try to do before the error occur?
What are the steps you do, so we can try to reproduce.
Do you get any error message(s)? If yes post the message(s) word-by-word (or post an screenshot of the message).
We need also informations about your system. Which operationg system, how much RAM, which graphic device etc.
The best is to provide a copy of your 'System Info' if it's possible. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
If Photoshop doesn't start, the type, if you're on a Windows machine, 'msinfo' into any OS search field, and then share the results here. Thanks.
Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.
You can also try to reset the Photoshop preferences
If Photoshop doesn't start correctly or doesn't run, try to reset the Photoshop preferences manually. See here Preferences in Photoshop and scroll to section "Reset Photoshop preferences". Near of the end of the document you'll find how to reset the preferences manually.
