Jeffrey, please give the team a big thanks for 2020 versions of photoshop and illustrator. It is a huge improvement over 2019 which was unusable for me.
This zoom while rotated canvas bug is my only gripe at the moment.
The new Photoshop 21.0.2 update seems to have remedied the problem.
I've used all the affected features together in an attempt to break something or find any remaining bugs: canvas rotation, View>Flip Horizontal, scrubby zoom, selection tools, and transforms (including the new amazing Warp transform).
I'm trying to find the 21.0.2 update in my creative cloud interface, but it's showing 21.0.1 as the latest version. Was this fix done only for Windows? I'm on a Mac Pro (late 2013) running Mojave 10.14.6 using Photoshop 21.0.1
I contacted my admin, and he says he doesn't see an option to enable or prohibit updates. I also see on this forum that 21.0.3 is now available, but neither 21.0.2 or .3 show up in my creative cloud update app.
I updated my operating system yesterday to Catalina Mac OSX.15.2 in hopes that maybe that was the issue, but I still don't see the apparent recent versions of photoshop (21.0.2 or 21.0.3) available in the creative cloud app. Any other ideas of why this might be happening?
Unfortunately, the email address you've used to log in here doesn't have an account under it so I can't check anything. Your best bet is to contact support directly: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hi Jeffrey, I realized that I had a couple different accounts, one linked to facebook, and one linked to my work account. I'm now logged in as my work account, which is what my creative cloud account is connected to. I still haven't been able to download any version of Photoshop past v 21.0.1 for some reason. I also had talked to our IT dept. who is the admin on the account, and he has no restrictions set.
