I have an older Macbook Pro, circa 2009 and a newer 2016 that's in for repair with an SSD issue. I use both in my day to day.
I got a new phone and couldn't recall my Adobe password for Lightroom mobile and changed the password. No biggie.
I open up DinoMac to update the password in creative cloud and it accepts it, only to open Photoshop and Lightroom to the application manager telling me I can sign up for a trial and that my account isn't associated. Logging out and logging in and wiping keychain didn't help as creative cloud doensn't seem to have the issue itself. Adobe chat can't help and sent me here.
DinoMac uses El Capitan version 10.11.6 (highest it can go)
Brave browser version 1.40.107 (highest it can go)
Google Chrome version Version 103.0.5060.134 (highest it can go)
Adobe Photoshop CC.2015.5
Lightroom Classic CC
Anyone have any ideas to get the applicatio manager to stop blocking my legit subsription since my password change? I'm at my wits end.

Hi @Scarlett_, let's try a few things to get your Creative Cloud subscription working again. Check out this article on how to troubleshoot your license: https://adobe.ly/45MEVRT
1. Sign Out/In: Sign out of all Creative Cloud apps and the desktop app. Restart your Mac, then sign back in.
2. Repair Hosts File: Use Adobe's Limited Access Repair Tool or manually reset the hosts file to ensure activation servers aren't blocked. https://adobe.ly/45NJY4D.
3. Reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop App: Download the legacy version from Adobe's official site and reinstall.
4. Launch Apps Directly: Open Photoshop and Lightroom directly instead of through the Application Manager.
5. Use Safari or Chrome for Login
Let us know if none of these steps work for you, and we can continue troubleshooting. I hope this helps! ^CH

1. Check
2. Won't run, says I don't have any applications that can run the program available. Tried downloading via chrome and safari.
3. Trying, but this link says it's not supported by any of my browsers:
https://www.adobe.com/download/errors/unsupportedBrowser.html
4. It tries to launch but the PDApp opens and interferes every time, which is the issue.
5. Browser not supported. Can't update because I can't update the OS any further.
If only I would have known a simple password change would have screwed access.

Something is wrong with that link that states Your browser is not supported, since even with Safari on a 2022 Mac Studio i get the Your browser is not supported message.
If you want a more modern internet browser, check out Firfox Dynasty, which gives you the most up to date Firefox for older Mac operating systems like Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan.
You can download the latest Adobe Creative Desktop Application for El Capitan from here:

Thank you. I have an old version of Firefox, 78.15 so that looks nice. Trying to download this is proving challenging as this is my view.
My creative cloud is working, but when I go to open any Adobe apps the application manager blocks me, saying I don't have a sub, when I do.

It wasn't giving me the option to open it after verification, but finally gave me the choice instead of just closing when it stated it wasn't from the app store. Firefox is up and running and I'm thankfull to be able to read newer websites now. Thank you.
I still can't access PS or LR. My creative cloud app is functioning as it has been, but it's still clashing with applicatio manager. In a fit of fury I deleted it, and made things worse as now I instead of a trial pop-up i get the message saying the manager is gone and I need to download it. But I don't beleive it exists anymore or at least isn't supported.

My creative cloud is working. I don't know if I want to try to update it, given my current issues.
This is the version I'm using.
Opening LR and PS from the appliction icon or from inside the CC app, I just get the same response about needing a trial, and now- needing the missing applicatio manager.
Thank you for your patience with me and my situation.

Thanks. Got it downloaded, but the pop-up persists asking for the application manager. I reckon even if I get this part working again, I'll still be stuck where I started where it asks for a trial start, saying I don't have access.
