photo shop crashes multiple times a day

We are having an issue with adobe photoshop will crash multiple time a day most of the time is crashes doing minor tasks such as moving images around on the art work.

Just re installed windows and the latest version of adobe CC and apps.

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700

 32 gb ram 2-16gb sticks

3 1tb M.2 drives 1 OS (WD_BLACK SN850X 1000GB)

2- scratch disks shared amongts the adobe suite. (crucial CT1000P3SSD8)

only replaced the drives this time arround becasue there was some windows even entries stating hdd reading issues.Asus TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI

I am not a phot shop user so i am relying on the actual user to supply the issues when they occur 

crashed today 9:30 ish today, 10:07, and 12:32.

was just moving something a few pixels over
