Photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.0) Landscape Mixer Neural Filter

In Photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.0) on both Mac and Windows operating systems using the Filter>Neural Filters>Landscape Mixer (Beta) the first three presets don't do anything.

Similarly, in Photoshop 2023 and later, Filter > Neural Filter > Color Transfer (Beta) also does nothing for the first three presets.
