Photoshop 24.5 crashes upon opening

I've updated PS to 24.5 and it crashes while opening it, I've tried to troubleshoot it but the issue seems to persists, here's a following list of what i've tried so far :

Updated PS 24.5> KO
Rollback GPU driver > KO / Updated to last driver > KO
Using an old PS version 22.2 > OK
Deleted some installed fonts > KO
Started PS Without preferences/plugins > KO
Installed PS in other SSDs > KO
Started as admin > KO
Reset Photoshop CT Font Cache > KO
No antivirus installed > KO
Deleted PS Settings folder > KO
Increased timeout detection recovery from 8 to 60, then restarted PC and launched PS > KO
Scanned for corrupted files > reboot PC > KO

Does anyone else got this issue after updating it ?

When Photoshop crashes, this is the first thing to do, try resetting your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. You can also reset preferences upon a quit if Photoshop is running by going into General Preferences>General>Reset on Quit.

If that doesn't fix the issue:
Go to Preferences > Performance..., uncheck Multithreaded Compositing, and restart Photoshop.
Still crashing?
Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Still, crashing?
Go to Preferences, Settings>Image Processing, and try changing the "Remove tool processing" from "Faster" to "More stable." Still, Crashing?

In my case, I cant even do the alt crtl shift thing because it crashes after starting to build up the home screen. Yep, the home screen doesnt even finish loading and i cant access the settings.

Hi @ConnyRapp you have to hold the keys down before the screen shows. If the screen shows without asking to remove your prefs, its too late.

You can also manually remove them here:

Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings

Hi @Affkaerix is your Photoshop app installed on a drive other than the main C: drive (where user and system information is stored)?

Hey there @Kevin Stohlmeyer , 53 GB left of 443GB. I've tried installing it on another SSD but same issue

Hi @Affkaerix how much free HD space do you have on your C: drive?
