Photoshop action signing error

Hello everyone,
I get this error message when installing a Photoshop action. 
I have since uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop. 
But still the same signing error appears. 
What can I do?

    Hi @jwj77917181 reinstalling will not resolve this. You will need to contact the plugin developer to add a certificate to their deployment with proper signatures.
