Hola, desde que puse un nuevo código para seguir con mi subscripción de photoshop se me ralentiza al punto de no poider trabajar, cualquier acción como juntar capas tarda más de 2 minutos, al cabo de un rato trabajando se va internet en mi ordenador ¿Le ha pasado a alguien más? ¿Habeis encontrado solución? Gracias
Asuming you're using a desk-top version, after downloading Photoshop it doesn't need to be connected to the internet to be able to use it – Adobe checks via the internet periodically to check you're up-to-date with your subscription.
If you're having problems running Photoshop it may be due to a system issue such as having an under-powered computer.
Please post details of your version of Photoshop and OS plus details of how much RAM and spare hard disk capacity you have. The other thing worth trying is to reset the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults, which you can do under the General tab in Settings.
