Hi Guys,

i've searched online how to cope with this problem but nothing seems to help. When I open photoshop I get an allert and the system shuts down. I have all 3 adobe programs: illustrator, inDesign & Photoshop.

When I open the adobe photoshop folder there are no documents in there for me to delete. I've tried to clean my Mac also as in delete certain pics, vids and documents to create space. Also my PSD is up to date.

How can I open PSD propperly withouth having this problem? I only use it to create mockups 😞

Thanks for your help.

Does your system only have the one drive, like a Mac Book?

If this is saying that there is only 5.62Gb of free space on your primary Scratch drive, that really isn't enough.

Close Photoshop, and look for Photoshop Temp files in the root directory of the drive above.  Any you find you can safely delete.  These files can be left orphaned on the drive any time Photoshop does not close correctly.

We'd get a better idea of your situation if you open Photoshop, and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread, and it would also be useful to hear what your Mac hardware spec is?
