Photoshop travando

Boa tarde.Fiz a assinatura a 2 meses, desde então já reinstalei o photoshop inúmeras vezes e solicitei ajuda ao suporte sem sucesso. O programa trava toda hora, roda em segundo plano o adobe crash processador e Adobe content Synchronizer, fui orientada pelo suporte a finalizar os processos, mas parecenem até virus porque voltam e e o programa trava novamente. alguem sabe a solução? Mesmo fora da internet o programa trava, não salva, não abre nada, tenho que reiniciar.

@imagem_e_3353 please go to the Photoshop Help menu/System info. Copy and past the report into a reply so we can see what you have for hardware are resources. Without this detailed info, we are guessing at solutions. 

Offhand, this seems like an incompatibility with the minimum system requirements, but the report will confirm.

Hi @imagem_e_3353,

Thanks for sharing the system info. From the report, here are a few key points we noticed:

• Your GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970, which is supported, but Photoshop currently shows that GPU acceleration is disabled (UseGraphicsProcessorChecked: 0).

• The driver in use (32.0.15.8142 from September 2025) is a Game Ready driver. For Photoshop, we recommend switching to the NVIDIA Studio Driver, which is tested for creative applications. You can download it here: NVIDIA Studio Driver.

Here are a few steps to try:

• Update to the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver, then restart Photoshop and enable Use Graphics Processor under Preferences > Performance.

• Test Photoshop under a new Windows admin user account to rule out any corruption in your current user profile.

Let us know how it goes after updating the GPU driver and running in an admin user account.
