Photoshop used to work but now runs really slow :(

I've tried everything to get it to run smoothly, I've restarted my computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, I tried increasing the performance, I tried updating my graphics driver, I uninstalled and reinstalled my drawing tablet driver, I tried clearing the cache, I tried updating windows and then undoing the windows update, I tried having absolutely nothing open in my computer except photoshop but it still runs SUPER slow.

It'll take more than 5 seconds to do a single brush stroke. It used to work just fine, I really don't know what changed to make it do this. I don't think its system requirement issue, because it used to run just fine on my computer.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I have a nitro boost computer, windows 10 version 21h2, a Huion Kamvas 12 drawing tablet and photoshop version 23.5

i have been having the exact same issues when i try to paint. freezes completely after i zoom in or move the canvas at all. it used to run perfectly fine last week.

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

It seems like my issue was memory, I had an antivirus on my computer that came with the system, but never used it and had a different free antivirus that I used. After I deleted that, my memory cleared up significantly and photoshop runs a lot better
