Photoshop Volume error while trying to safe a file on file server, for only 2 users
We work with more than 20 people in a creative team.
2 of my colleagues have the problem in PS version 22 and 23:
Both use CC for teams on a mac os system (11.6.7 / 12.6)
- They open a file on a file server (Helios UB64, mounted as afp)
- They try to safe it and get a "volume error" sometimes.
- If they try to "safe as" it works.
What can be the reason fot that and how can we try to fix it?
