Photoshop warned me I had 6 days left of subscription when I just renewed my plan

Hi I'm a university student and for the past 3 years I have been using a activation code given by my university for all the adobe creative cloud apps at a discounted price. 

 

I just renewed my subscription in February for another year, yet Adobe has informed me today that I only have 6 days left of my subscription.

 

I've included my receipts below please help.

They should be able to sort it out.
