Pixel shift when using copy/paste

When copying and pasting an image (any image) into Photoshop 2024, the last 3 columns of pixels from the right side of the image are shifted to the beginning of the left side of the image. The same image pasted into GIMP, Paint, IrfanView, etc., pastes correctly. I’m assuming this is a known bug. Aside from using 'Filter > Other > Offset' every time, is there a permanent fix for this issue?

FYI - Paste in Place (Ctrl+Shift+V) and New Layer via Copy (Ctrl+J) does not correct the issue.

Sample image attached.

There was a recent thread about this. It seem to have been fixed in the latest Beta, so the next regular release should have the fix.
