PP Timeline/Program Monitor not reflecting any changes to timeline/edit

Hello Everyone,

In 10 years of my editing carrear with Premiere Pro never ever I've seen such a thing. 

For some reason, any changes at all that I do to my timeline (either be adding new clips, replacing, changes subs, GFX, you name it) when playing back it always plays the last version that I exported for some reason.

I have tried everything. Rendering nontheless to see if it renders with nem changes, exporting, clean audio/video previews, clean media cache, roll back te program to the older versionss... I have no idea what to due and I am in a very unconfortable tight deadline... 

I am on an M1 Max Macbook pro, 32gig rams.
