PS workspace misaligned and frozen after startup

Community Beginner ,

When I strat up PS, the whole workspace is just misaligned, nothing is displayed in the workspace and I cant do anything except clicking the top menu (just like the screeenshot image). If I try to open a file or reset the workspace PS will freeze, then crash.

I didn't install any plugin or brushes, I tried reinstall but the problem still exist, this problem appered lately while I didn't change any setting or update my PS version, so I believe there's something wrong with my computer but not the PS itself.

Try resetting your preferences:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

Reinstalling may not have helped if you did not choose to delete/remove preferences prior.

Thanks for your reply but the problem remains even though I reset the preferences. Additionally, if I drag the PS window, I will see the whole window of PS "collapse" into different parts and showed some kind of "ghosting".

@roderick_5616 As a side note - that screenshot looks like GPU issues. If you could, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the report here. We may be able to help find a root cause for the issue and prevent a future occurance.
