In Photoshop 2023, using Quick Export As PNG with an indexed color image with translucency enabled outputs white pixels in the transparent areas. This is a regression from Photoshop 2022, where the pixels are correctly written as transparent.

    Save for Web is an option to export with transparency. You can record Photoshop action that can be trigerred using keyboard shortcut.
