remove background through the cloud

The first time I used the ‘Remove Background’ feature in Photoshop, a pop-up window appeared saying ‘For detailed results, process Remove Background through the cloud.’ When I clicked ‘Try Cloud,’ it refined the background better than without cloud processing. Now, it doesn’t ask me anymore to remove the background through the cloud. How can I reactivate that function?
