p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
What is the exact version you have? The current version is v26.9. You can find it either in the CC app
Select photoshop, click on the 3 dots menu and choose "product details" Or in Photoshop itself, help> About Photoshop
In addition, you can copy and paste the log info that you can find in the same menu. It contains all the settings the team might need to assess what's happening.

Unfortunately you haven't given us any information about your system. Therefore, all proposed solutions are a look into the crystal ball.
Which operating system do you use?
Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.
Try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:
It could be many things, it will be difficult to know exactly.
For example it could be a GPU issue. In that case, check that the drivers are up to date, and if given the choice between 2 types of drivers on an Nvidia, choose "studio" over "games". Looking at your screenshot, I'm going to assume you're on Windows (the OS version would also help). Check that for more information. https://helpx.adobe.com/it/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html
But without knowing more about the specifics: Have you tried to go back one version? have you tried to reset the preferences? How much RAM available? How much of your disk is allocated as a scratch disk? Have you checked your hard drives for corruption?
It could be anything really.... Read the links I shared and see if anything changes or if you still having issues.

Hey, @stefania_5452. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.
Have you recently also updated Windows or any other drivers? Has Photoshop worked on this device before, or have you just installed Photoshop?
If that does not help, go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.
Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop Beta > Rename > Adobe Photoshop Beta. old), You can restore these preferences later if needed.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)
Restart the computer.
These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
2. It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
Thank you for confirming which version of Photoshop you're using. The error you're seeing could be caused by several different things, so we’d like to gather a bit more information to help narrow it down to the root cause.
Have you had a chance to submit a crash report to Adobe? If so, please feel free to DM me the email address you used when submitting it. Here’s how to submit a crash report if needed: https://adobe.ly/3IYdHyJ
It would also be helpful if you could share your system information. You can find it by going to Help > System Info in Photoshop, then copying and pasting the contents into a text file and attaching it here.
Can you also share what exactly you're doing when this Photoshop crashes?
Also, I'm moving your post to Discussions until we can gather more details to reproduce this issue. Your post will also get more visibility here.
