Select tool not working Aug 2024

My select tool no longer works. I get an error message that says "Could not complete your request select subject classifier model not loaded correctly". 

How do I fix this please?

This is a known issue and Adobe is working on a fix. One workaround from staff until the issue is fixed is this:

"As a workaround, you can use the menu item at the top to use Select Subject instead of clicking on the canvas."
