Photoshop 24.4.1

MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

1. Take and finish the Photoshop Certifaction Test

2. While the test is closing and the screen is grey restart your system

3. After restarting your system open Photoshop normally

After taking the Photoshop certification test, my proctor told me to restart my computer because my screen had been grey for about 10 minutes. The next time I opened Photoshop, my workspace was gone. To fix it, I just clicked off the certification workspace and re-made my past one, but I'm also missing my brushes (even the ones Photoshop comes with) and cannot seem to get them back no matter what. If anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know!

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Also, do you have admin rights to your machine? We want to make sure since you are in an enterprise account...

I do not have admin access, and I cannot seem to find the Photoshop settings in my preferences folder so I am unable to complete the recommendation. Any fixes to that problem or a different solution to the bug would be much appreciated! Thank you for the help.

Curious @LukeIsTrying what your IT dept suggests? If you do not have admin ability, you are not able to do many things to your computer that are required to help find the solution.
