Text bounding box impossible to resize properly

Hello !

I have an anoying bug that drives me crazy, I can't adjust the text bounding box properly.

I can only use 3 out of the 8 "handles". When I try to grab the 5 others ones, the cursor glitches on hover (from resize to regular cursor), and when I click and hold, nothing happen, I just exit the box...

I'm using artboard mode, the issue doesn't happen on normal mode.

I've tried photoshop 2024 and 2021, same bug.

I'm on mac OS
