The Lasso tool is completely broken.

The Lasso tool is completely broken. It has become literally unusable. While selecting with the lasso, you can’t zoom, you can’t move the screen by holding the spacebar, and you can’t undo a step with backspace. It’s a totally unusable tool. What was so wrong with the old algorithm that it had to be messed with? It’s a shame to have so many new tools and artificial intelligence, yet the lasso can’t function at the level it did 20 years ago.

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with the version of Windows you're working on? I tried reproducing the behavior on my end, but everything is working as expected.
