Unable to open any Photoshop documents in cloud or local files.

Photoshop will not open any of my saved documents, either in the cloud or saved to the pc. I'm running the latest versions of both Photoshop and Windows 10. I have tried rebooting the laptop and uninstalling Photoshop and reinstalling it. I have even tried uninstalling creative cloud and Photoshop as well as installing previous versions of Photoshop but nothing seems to fix the issue. 

Whenever I try and open a document I get the 'Could not complete your request because of a program error.' It also shows this error when I try to close down the application meaning I have to use task manager to close it down. 

Anyone else experience this? I am at a loss of what to try next and have a few commissions on the go that I am unable to even access.

Hi @Natasha.Wardle816 do you have Dropbox on your machine? If so disable the auto sync and try opening again.
