Unable to reach adobe servers MAC OS MONTEREY

I can't open Adobe Cloud, and also Adobe Photoshop, even though I've paid, 
there is always a warning like the one in this picture, can anyone help answer?

In the Adobe Creative Cloud Application try Help>Sign in using your browser

Hey, are you using a VPN service? If yes and Jeff's suggestion doesn't work, try disconnecting the VPN and try again.
