Не працюють гарячі клавіші у Adobe Photoshop

Вчора (14.09.22) Скачав і встановив  Adobe Photoshop (ліцінзійне). Проблема, що не працюють гарачі клавіші і комбінації типу: Ctrl+E, Ctrl+D і інші комбінації з Ctrl та Alt. Як це виправити?

That is odd.
The short cut keys or hot key should work.

I switched to a German keyboard and I have to use STRG instead of CTRL.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
