하나의 칠레이어의 색상을 바꾸면 다른 다수의 칠 레이어에서도 같은 색상이 적용되게 하는 방법이 있나요? 연동되도록요.

I don't know of any way to change the color of multiple fill layers at once. It is possible it couild be scripted.

You can link layers together so that they move together, but that doesn't change their fill color.

You can automatically change content, including the fill color of multiple layers, by using cloned smart objects. Convert a layer to a smart object, then duplicate it with Ctrl + J. This will create cloned smart object(s). Changing the content of any cloned instance will automatically update all other clones.
