I'm planning to buy amd ryzen 7 5700u laptop

laptops configuration:

Amd Ryzen7 5700u

1tb ssd

16 gb ram.

can i face any problem to use photoshop/ illustrator/ lightroom with 1.8 ghz clock speed laptop?

Yo won't face any problem in start but after 3 to 4 months you will be banging your head on the table saying why i bought 5700 U the specs you are saying I have the same specs but the RAm is 20 GB, I am going to change it as soon as possible, And I would strongly recommend you to go for intel if you are have any work related to adobe softwares

Can you elaborate as we're facing an issue with laggy software, freezing etc and we have a RYZEN 7

To be honest, I see a lot more Ryzen systems than Intel systems with unexplained and unspecific problems here.

Recently someone suggested the likely reason: AMD very aggressively target their hardware toward gaming, and they add a lot of gaming-specific settings and modifications as defaults.

This would also explain why some people have resolved performance problems with BIOS updates. That's where all the overclocking and so on is.

And of course, the GPU drivers.

So I would go on a hunt. Find everything that looks like it's for the gamers, and reset/turn it off.

You should not have any problem with Ryzen 7 5700u. I am not expert in that field, actually I know very little but processor can run up to 4.3 GHz AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700U | AMD Integrated graphic card should be good enough, at least for some time but keep in mind that you may need to upgrade, actually add dedicated graphic card after some time.
