13x19 Image Getting Cropped When Printing

Hello!

I'm trying to print a 13x19" image on the same size paper, borderless, but the image is printing bigger than the paper and is therefore getting cropped.

I've doublechecked the print settings and the Scaled Print Size/Position and Size and even tried resizing the image to 12x18" and 12.5x18.5" on the same size paper.

I've also tried printing several different image files, same result.

I've also updated my Canon Pro9500 Mark II printer driver and it's still happening.

I did however do a CC update yesterday - do you think there's an incompatibility issue with the version of Photoshop I'm using CC 2015.5 and my Canon Pro 9500 Mark II printer?

Should I revert back to the version of Photoshop I had before this issue?

Check your printer settings. I use Epson, not Canon, but in the Epson driver when printing borderless there is an option to Auto Expand or Retain Size. Auto Expand enlarges the images so that if the paper is slightly misaligned there are no white edges. Look for similar in your Canon driver.

Whilst the version should not impact your issue, you say you did a CC update yesterday. Photoshop CC2015.5 (v17) is no longer supported or offered as an option and a CC update should take you to v20 or V21
