Ok So I have been trying to figure out how to put a image into a another image so bascially I have this star and a red glittery background and I want the star to have the gitterly background in it like this
So if anyone could please help me out with this by showing me how to do this step by step that would be awesome!

Hi
Put the glitter layer above the shape layer.
Then right click the glitter layer in the layers panel and choose "Create Clipping Mask"
A small down arrow will appear in the layers panel next to the layer and the glitter will be constrained within the star shape on the layer below.
