Strange. Booted PSD this morning and program is crashing as soon as you try to work. It's not hanging on open and I am not getting a the crash window. Checked preferences, reloaded program, ran windows scan and still stuck. Here is the report. Any help would be appreciated - dead in the water.

Hi,
What Win version are using? Did you install the 18.1 update that was posted last week, or is this 18.0.1?
regards,
steve

Running Windows 7 Pro. I do not see an update in the history that ran last week. Running a check for updates right now to see - will get back when I get the update.
Thanks!

libcef.dll that is from Chromium Embedded Framework architecture, responsible for everything in audio and video.
Make sure your video driver and audio driver are up to date

Another thing to try if you don't get locked out first. Launch Ps, then go to Help> System Info... and copy the text in there.
And, have you tried launching Ps via double click on a PSD?

steve

I found an issue. Somehow windows has not been auto updating. Last update received was 11 weeks ago. I manually set it to update and it's still waiting so left it for overnight. Will get back as soon as it's fully updated.
Thanks again for the assistance

Still having trouble. Updated the Windows System and fixed that problem. Made sure all drivers are updated. Photoshop is running and not crashing but some of the features are not working and when I close the document it crashes.
I checked others programs and everything is fine. Premiere is running with 4 layers of video so the card seems fine.
Here is the lastest crash log and the help log from PSD
Thanks again for help.
The program Photoshop.exe version 18.1.0.207 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
