Hi there,

My Adobe Photoshop does not seem to open at all with my MAC. I have tried everything including: reinstalling, installing other versions, holding down CMD, OPT,SHIFT, I have been to photoshop>preferences>performances and my cache is at level4 and I even unclicked the "use graphics performances."

Please can anyone help.

Make sure you have set up the permissions in Photoshop with Catalina. Go to your Mac's Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy. Scroll down the list in the left hand pane to Accessibility and click on that. On the right side Photoshop should be listed in there. You'll have to unlock the window (lock at bottom left of this pane - enter your password if you have one) and click the box next to Photoshop. MAKE SURE you click the lock again to lock the window once you have made the changes, then close that and try Photoshop again. If it was already checked, then the issue isn't here unfortunately, and I'm not sure where to check after that. Hopefully this is it though. See screenshot below.

Nuts. What happens if you go to Apple's menu and click on Force Quit. Is Photoshop showing up in that window?

HEllo, you can first try to go to preferences>performance, advanced settings and uncheck GPU acceleration.

That would let you know if the issue lies there...

If the document window is blank - see https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

If the Home Screem is blank - See https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-home-screen-issues.html

Hi, did you also try to uninstall Photoshop with Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool?
